Ted Cruz has guts. Like him or hate him, it’s undeniable that the Tea Party contender from Texas does not shy away from the bullying tactics of the left, a trait that leads the senator to absolutely shred a reporter who asks a stupid, loaded question concerning homosexuals. Sen. Cruz is dead-on; the left rallies to support Islam (even radical Islam) and believes it to be a violation of human rights to keep homosexuals from adulterating the definition of marriage. Meanwhile, the Islamic zealots liberals are so quick to coddle get a free pass as they torture and murder homosexuals.

This reporter wanted to ask a charged question concerning homosexuals; he got more than he bargained for when Sen. Cruz put the issue into perspective for him. Further, his analysis of the federalist issues surrounding same-sex marriage laws is not only accurate, but a welcomed factual relief from the continual barrage of inflammatory, emotional rhetoric.
