VIDEO: Trey Gowdy Says Hillary Hasn’t Provided Any Emails From the Day Of Her Flight To Libya

Republican lawmaker and overall conservative pitbull Trey Gowdy has been unwilling to simply nod along with the lies that emanate so routinely from this administration. Now, according to a report from Western Journalism, Gowdy is claiming that there are huge gaps remaining in the emails he has seen concerning Hillary Clinton’s time during her trip to Libya in the aftermath of the Benghazi terrorist attacks.

On Face the Nation this past Sunday, Trey Gowdy, who chairs the House Select Committee on Benghazi, announced that no emails from Hillary were provided from the day she flew to Libya to discuss the situation as Secretary of State. “This defies credulity,” said Gowdy.

The Daily Signal reports:

Trey Gowdy said there are “huge gaps” in the emails he has received from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton related to the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, on Sept. 11, 2012. “There are gaps of months and months and months,” Gowdy told CBS News’ Bob Schieffer.
For the last several days, since the news of Hillary’s private email server, which broke State Department regulations and endangered national security, the media and the State Department have been spinning how she provided 55,000 emails and that was enough. Of course, they don’t answer the question, “How do we know if we got all of the emails?”

Now we know that we didn’t. Hillary Clinton, the Secretary of State, has been deciding which emails we can see and which ones we can’t. This is straight out of an episode of House of Cards. The Washington Examiner reported:

And that is what the State Department’s position comes down to. Harf says officials have all of Clinton’s emails but concedes that she doesn’t actually know for sure that officials have all of Clinton’s emails. And that it is Clinton’s responsibility, not the State Department’s, to make sure that State has all of her emails. And that the department relies on employees to produce their own emails, although she will not get into whether the department “always” operates that way.

We really aren’t asking for much; citizens just simply want some answers from “the most transparent administration in history” and, instead, all we are continually fed are lies and manipulations.

And that’s what we could logically expect from a Hillary presidency.
