Wow- a high school football team would have missed an extra point if it were not for the head of a referee. Usually, when contact is made with a ref, it’s a bad thing. The ref is considered part of the field and though they try to stay out of the way, it’s not entirely uncommon to have them impede a run or a pass and the team must simply deal with it.

In this case, however, the interference by the referee yielded a pretty nice perk. Check it out.

By the way, the name of the high school is Robert E. Lee High. Considering the cultural jihad occurring in America for all things Southern, does anyone want to take a guess on how long it will be before this school is forced to change their name?
