Woman Drops Half Her Weight By Simply Cutting What She Was Drinking Too Much Of Out of Her Life

Cola is loaded with sugar. Everybody knows this. However, one woman cut-out her large cola habit and as a result, saw a stunning transformation. Check it out:


A British woman who used to weigh 245 pounds made a stunning revelation about her recent weight loss, the New York Post reports.

Sarah Turner of Birmingham admits that she was practically overdosing on sugar — an incredible 424 grams’ worth — which were in the 4 liters of Coca-Cola she was drinking every day.

When she managed to stop, she lost 112 pounds.

Turner told the Post:

“I was most definitely addicted to Coke. I could just drink it all day and not think about the effect it has on my body,” said Turner, who uses the Slimming World weight-loss program.

“I was always tired and had no energy to do anything, but now I can take my children out and run round in the park with them,” she said. “I have loads of energy. I love going out walking anywhere, whereas before I never did. I also enjoy actually going clothes shopping — now I can fit in normal-size clothes.”

Incredibly, Turner didn’t replace her soda-guzzling ways with an endless supply of vegetables and fruits. The diet she follows still allows for baked beans and potatoes.

Maybe the drastic effects Turner experienced after leaving Coke behind aren’t so surprising after all. In July, IJ shared a chart which spells out precisely what happens to your body in the sixty minutes after consuming Coca Cola.
