Oh, Internet.  You never know who is going to be filming your lapse in judgement, or what 180,000+ people are going to watch that lapse in judgement…

This women stole a cookie. Then complained that it was too hard for her liking. When we made her pay she wanted a whole cookie if she had to pay. Also note that we only sell our small cookies in dozen or half dozen; we don’t have a price for individual small cookies. This is the result.

So what did we learn here, people?  Always be nice to retail employees because you never know who of them is going to have a smartphone and WiFi.
