In a chilling video making its way around the net, a man’s heart is literally trying to burst through his chest. I’ve never seen anything like it! The description states:

“This is an injury where the patient received an injury at the level of the rib cage specifically at the level of upper ribs which protect the heart leaving exposed the heartbeat , which at first can be seen that this suffering from cardiac arrhythmia coerced by the trauma suffered by the patient”.
