Charlie Rangel Compares Tea Partiers To Democrats Who Oppressed Black Americans In The Sixties

Don’t you love how Democrats actually DO all of these horrible things: Slavery, segregation, Jim Crow laws, camps for the Japanese, turning dogs on black Americans, etc, etc and then, they later, they they claim people should vote against Republicans because they claim we WANT to do those things. 100 years from now, God willing, Democrats will be talking about the horror of murdering babies via abortion and accusing Republicans of wanting to do it.
Charlie Rangel’s in the news not just for doing this, but for using a racial slur in the process.
In an interview with the Daily Beast published Friday, Rep. Charlie Rangel (D-NY) suggested Tea Partiers are the “same group” who fought for segregation during the Civil Rights movement.
“It is the same group we faced in the South with those white crackers and the dogs and the police. They didn’t care about how they looked,” Rangel said.
It makes about as much sense to say that Giraffes are the same group we faced in the South with those white crackers and the dogs and the police as it does to stick Tea Partiers in there. Conservative Republicans were have never been involved in the racist garbage that Charlie Rangel’s party embraced in the sixties and that Charlie Rangel would embrace now against his enemies if he thought he could get away with it. You think a racist who doesn’t like white people like Charlie Rangel would have any qualms about turning dogs and guns on Tea Partiers if he could get away with it?
