This Doesn’t Sound So Bad: I think this short & humorous explanation of how the NMD is supposed to work is meant to be some sort of insult to Americans who are in favor of missile defense. It even tosses in a little dig at the end towards people who voted for Bush. But I can’t say that I was offended. In fact, this whole thing doesn’t sound so bad if you ask me.
