[VIDEO] Brave Housecat Goes Face-to-Face with Mountain Lion

This feline must be on the first of his nine lives, because he sure was taunting death when he was faced with a mountain lion looking through his sliding glass window. Looks like he thought it might be his big brother, but the big cat sure beat feet once he saw this was a human house:

Despite the fact that the lion was much bigger, stronger and more fierce than the pretty Himalayan, the long-haired kitty showed no fear as the lion glowered at him from only inches away.

The video was posted to YouTube by owner and comedian Tom Mabe who runs a prank channel called MabeinAmerica. Mabe lives in Louisville, Kentucky, where the video appears to be filmed.

Pretty fearless if you ask me. I don’t know that I would be that brave if I was confronted by someone 20 times my size that looked like a larger version of myself. The cat seems pretty unfazed. Maybe it’s his comfort in knowing he has 9 lives, or maybe he’s just naturally chill, or maybe he has no idea what the big cat could do to him if he was invited over for a playdate. Personally? I am looking forward to the followup video.
