That happened to me recently when I was on the Northern Line heading to Kennington.
After hearing some raised voices I lifted my head (at 1m 36s) and spotted a man having a heated argument with a young lady.
At this point I felt I had two options:
I could ignore what was happening like the majority of the people on the carriage. Or I could intervene.
I chose the latter and this was how it turned out.

I love how so many people stepped up to help this woman. We could all learn from this.
