Obama’s Servile Bowing Has Gone Too Far

I’m not exactly sure how it is that a man as arrogant as Barack Obama here in the United States, can go overseas and turn into Waylon Smithers with all this bowing. Perhaps he doesn’t realize how repulsive it is to other Americans because he spent so much time overseas and doesn’t fully understand American values, but the President of the United States doesn’t bow. If he didn’t know it before, he should know it now after all the criticism he has received for it. Worse yet, apparently this picture was taken shortly after his bow to the Chinese PM:

As an American man, I just want to turn my head in embarrassment when I look at that cringing, servile posture from Obama and the smug little smile from Wen Jiabao. Obama is the President of the United States and he looks like Jiabao’s manservant in that picture. If Obama doesn’t have enough pride in himself not to behave that way, he should at least pretend to have some for the sake of his country.

This is even worse in the countries where Obama is doing the bowing since, to be honest, Asian countries are typically quite racist (and overtly so). It likely won’t show up in the press, but I’d be willing to wager that the Obama Kowtowing Tour has generated every racist joke in the book on the Asian street.

I’m actually offering a defense of Obama and the office of the Presidency. If this is something he didn’t know, he should have been told by the State Department…why, it’s almost like somebody there was trying to undermine him…

I don’t know about that, Mike. Mrs. C has already amply proved herself pretty much incompetent when it comes to the formalities of diplomacy. This might just be a case of the blind leading the blind.

George bush was arrogent. His town halls excluded counter opinions, he was hot to go to war based on bogus intelligence, he gave tax cuts to the rich, and he once said he’d be more effective as a dictator. Oh and he went into the NG rather than fight and failed at every business venture he got his hands on. He only became president after his friends on the supreme court gave him the title.

And by the way, Jackie, you do see the raw irony in accusing others of being narrow-minded while you’re repeating another one of your narrow-minded attacks on conservatives, don’t you. Where’s that famous liberal tolerance? Oh, how careless of me, I forgot. That tolerance was never more than a convenient lie to be trotted out in the service of your partisan agenda.

Dishonesty is what liberals are all about. When we point out just one of Obama idiocies of the many hundreds we suffer every day, the libs say “is this what you care about?” Its a dishonest argument and intended to get us to stop pointing out Obama’s flaws one at a time.

If they can make us think each (serious) flaw we point out not worthy of criticism “in the grand scheme,” then the total package is not as damaged as it would otherwise be. Well libs, we can walk and chew gum. No, this is not the most serious issue we have with Obama, but its well worth pointing out because its all part of a pattern of weakening the US on the world stage, which is what libs lust for — weakness. Somehow, in libs mirror-imaged brains, weakness begets weakness. Sorry, doesn’t work that way. We’re inviting the world to walk all over us and Obama is giving them the green light. Obama is a world laughing stock with all this servile crap, and you know it.
