A Warning The Obama Admin Just Issued Is LOUD and Clear And Rush Limbaugh EXPOSES The TRUTH!

You may have heard the controversial new position taken by the Obama administration’s Department of Housing and Urban Development which essentially threatens landlords that if they refuse to rent apartments or houses to people with criminal records they could be investigated for racial discrimination. That might seem like complete nonsense and wrong on nearly every level, but Obama knows what he’s doing.

And as he often does, Rush Limbaugh breaks down what’s really going on under the surface of this crazy federal move.

“The Regime has told landlords they cannot refuse to rent to criminals,” Limbaugh said. “Wait ’til you hear why.”

“The presumption is that a great percentage of African-American criminals are actually innocent. They’ve been railroaded. I mean, that’s what the Reverend Jackson wants you to believe … A central point of the civil rights coalition is that there’s a bunch of black men in jail who really shouldn’t be there because they’re not guilty.”

Failure to rent to criminals gives the government a new means of control, Limbaugh said.

“You know what this is really all about? You have a landlord that refuses to rent to a criminal, Obama says, ‘No, no, no, you have to because our racial justice system’s been so unbalanced, you’re guilty of racism when you refuse to rent,’ you know what that’s really all about is seizing your property,” Limbaugh claimed.

Limbaugh argued this new law is a hidden agenda against private property.

“What do you think the penalty’s going to be for landlords that fail to follow Obama’s dictates and rent rooms to criminals? You don’t think they’re going to be able to come in and make a play for your land, for your property?” he added.

“And one thing about authoritarian figures, private this, private that, they don’t like anything private. Private property, private guns, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. The more they can take away from you, including your private this or your free speech or what have you. This is who these people are, folks. Don’t blame me. This is who they are,” Limbaugh said.

He is correct. There is more to this as well, not the lease of which is that the administration is creating an entirely new avenue for trial lawyers to drum up business and therefore continue supporting the Democrat Party. Landlords in urban areas will have little choice but to be generous in greasing the local ward boss or party commissar in order to ward off the inevitable inconvenient situation.

But it all comes down to a failure to respect private property and thus an appropriation of it for the government’s use. In the old days of Lenin and Stalin men with guns would simply show up and seize that property; that’s too blunt for the 21st century. Instead the land is taken by regulatory appropriation; if you deprive someone of their use of their property, you’ve deprived them of their ownership.

Perhaps a landlord wants to avoid renting to criminals because he has old ladies and young children among his tenants and would like to ensure his building is safe for them. That would make him legally suspect under this administration.

Evil is a good word to describe it. We’re not sure there is a better word.
