Company gives THE BEST Christmas Bonus to employees in the history of Christmas bonuses

A three-peater on the Fortune 100 “Best Companies to Work For” list made headlines when they provided the most anti-Scrooge gift an employee can ask for. Hilcorp Energy Company presented a $100,000 Christmas bonus to each of its 1,381 employees. If there’s a reason to believe in Christmas, then this is definitely it.

You read correctly. Hilcorp may have just placed 1,381 people in a higher tax bracket with that lucrative bonus. Hilcorp is also known for giving employees a company growth bonus of $35,000 cash or $50,000 towards a new car. I may have taken the $50,000 car and sold it for a $35,000 car with $15,000 in the bank.

I predict Hilcorp‘s HR office floods with resumes.
