New Information Revealed On Mutilation Sex Murder!

This case is actually a year old, but new discoverable documents were just released in a case out of Miami, Florida. Originally, the suspect claimed that it was rough sex that got out of hand. But under interrogation, the real story eventually came out.

Fidel Lopez was drinking tequila and was being intimate with his girlfriend Maria Nemeth. She was from Peru. I have no idea where Lopez is from, but let’s just say English is not his first language. Maria evidently called out her ex-husband’s name twice while they were making love. This sent Lopez into a murderous rage.

He originally called the police claiming it was rough sex gone wrong, but there is no way it could have been that. The sliding glass door was shattered. There were huge holes in the walls and there was blood everywhere… especially in the closet. He disemboweled Maria… it was a horrific murder scene.

FT. LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) — Discovery documents have been released in the grisly death of a woman allegedly murdered by her boyfriend during sex.

Suspected killer Fidel Lopez underwent a grilling from Sunrise Police detectives during an hours-long interrogation last September.

Officers questioned Lopez after the mutilated body of his girlfriend Maria Nemeth, 31, was found inside their apartment.

Lopez said the couple was drunk on tequila and had some rough sex, but then Nemeth felt ill and went to the bathroom. Lopez said he called 911 for help after finding her.

But a series of police interrogation videos just released to CBS4 News on Thursday show that investigators were not buying his story after finding an incredibly bloody scene at the apartment.

It is evident from new documents that police never believed Lopez’ story. He was held over without bond on charges of murder and sexual battery. Prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty against him. He has so richly earned it here and I hope that is his fate.

Prosecutors also released transcripts of numerous phone calls that Lopez made from jail. The prosecutor is sure to use those against him. Lopez said that Maria’s death haunts him. It should. He may have blacked out while drinking, but that is no excuse. It is my experience that a person’s true personality surfaces during times such as these. He is a murderous monster and Maria found that out the hard way unfortunately.

If you can believe it, Lopez’ attorney asked the judge in the case to keep these court documents and police videos hidden from the public. However, CBS4 News went to court to make sure they could view them as public records, like they do in almost all high-profile criminal cases. I suppose he thought it would prejudice a jury. Too freaking bad. I hope he rots in hell for what he did.
