South state border ranchers come face to face with SADISTIC drug smugglers, and combat them with THIS…

It isn’t safe for our brave border guards as they face human traffickers and drug smugglers from the criminal land of Mexico, but worse it isn’t even safe for regular residents who live on the U.S. side of the border. It’s so bad police in Arizona are handing out radios for residents to call for help.

Ranchers who live near the border in Arizona are now being asked to call police on the department’s own radio system when they are confronted with dangerous drug cartel members who are constantly flooding across the border.

The new program comes after a local rancher was killed by drug smugglers, says the Daily Mail.

Drug smugglers and dangerous individuals are a common sight on the landscapes of the Southern Arizona border.

And when police officers aren’t around, farm ranchers are the ones that encounter them.

But now, they will have a new way to get help in emergencies: sheriff-issued radios usually reserved for police that connect them directly to 911 dispatchers.

So far 31 ranchers along the Arizona-Mexico border have taken the new handheld radios issued by the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office.

Sheriff Mark Dannels obtained them through private funding in an effort to improve safety along the rural areas that often lack strong cell phone coverage.

He said the 2010 murder of rancher Rob Krentz led to increased security and more communication between ranchers and authorities. Authorities believe Krentz was fatally shot by drug smugglers.

‘I don’t think there’s a better form of community policing out there than having them have a form of communication with us in their time of need,’ Dannels said.

The sheriff’s office also has a team dedicated to patrolling ranch areas and an advisory group composed of law enforcement and ranchers.

This is not America if you can’t live your normal life without having to be hooked up with a direct line to the police at every second of your life.
