The Mass Shooting That Happened in America Last Month That the Mainstream Media Won’t Tell You About

The liberals in the media care a lot more about narratives than facts. If a story doesn’t fit their agenda, they either play it off or just bury it while minor incidents that fit narratives they want to push will end up on the front page.

Let some ignorant, drunken eighteen year old jock scrawl the N-word at some college and it will be front page news even though it’s largely irrelevant and proves nothing other than an idiot exists somewhere.

On the other hand, what would you say if I told you multiple shooters wounded seventeen innocent people who were having a good time in Bunny Friend Park in New Orleans last month?

That seems like a big story, doesn’t it? Furthermore, why wasn’t the Left using the violence to call for gun control?

Oh, there’s definitely a reason.

…Attackers who fired wildly into a huge crowd at Bunny Friend Park on Sunday night left 17 people wounded, including a 10-year-old boy and one victim who may never walk again — an outburst of violence that authorities said Monday likely was gang-related.

The hail of bullets started about 6:15 p.m. in the park, a square-block patch of green in the heart of the Upper 9th Ward, as hundreds of mostly young revelers gathered to watch an unauthorized DJ set and music video taping…

One victim said that at first, she thought the fusillade was another false alarm. A few people at the party had taken off running earlier that evening, and it turned out to be nothing. So she stood there near the basketball court until she realized the chaos was real this time.

….Seventeen people were gunned down. Somehow, by the grace of God, nobody died. But many of the injuries were life altering and severe. There were children involved. And when I say there were “multiple shooters” here I’m not talking about two. There were a lot of them. Is there any conceivable way that this doesn’t fit the criteria of a “mass shooting” as is described and defined in every cable news segment flooding the airwaves this weekend? Yet if you had no idea what story I was talking about, you’re in good company. The vast majority of the country never heard about it.

…Police identified the four as Quendrick “C4” Bailey, 20; Lawrence “L” Veals, 19; Michael “Mack” Allen, 29; and Rashad “KMG EZZY” Walker, 22. All are expected to face 17 counts of attempted first-degree murder in the park shooting, which took place around 6:15 p.m. Nov. 22 at the Upper 9th Ward park, located in the 1900 block of Gallier Street.

If let’s say, a white Tea Partier walked into that park and shot three of those innocent people for racist reasons, there would be wall-to-wall coverage for weeks and you’d hear about it FOR YEARS. However, even though these were innocent people, not thugs who attacked a cop or a punk, walking down the middle of the street holding a knife like a maniac, the liberals in the media don’t care.

After all, they can’t blame their political enemies for it. There were no conservatives, Tea Partiers or Rush Limbaugh fans there. They can’t use this to attack the police and it would even hurt the #blacklivesmatter protesters the MSM loves so much because it shows their incredibly hypocrisy. They care more about one cop killing a black criminal in self-defense than they do about the thousands of black Americans gunned down by other black Americans every year. Moreover, it will INEVITABLY turn out that the gangbangers who shot all these people will have long records. That will undercut the liberal media’s hopes of getting as many criminals out of jail, onto the streets and voting Democrat as possible. Worse yet, politically correct liberal reporters will fear being accused of racism for even honestly reporting on the situation because everyone involved is black. So this HUGE STORY, that would be front page news if it happened to a park full of white people has mostly been a local news story.

Just remember that and recognize that the mainstream media can manipulate you not just with what it reports, but with what it refuses to report.
