CREEPY Clown in a jumpsuit sightings alarms local town in Wisconsin [PICTURES]

I hate clowns. I don’t fear them, I just don’t like them. They are creepy and annoying. In Waukesha, Wisconsin a clown is standing on the street and just stares. It’s freaking people out. He hasn’t committed a crime yet, but there’s always a first time. They say the perpetrator is a 15 year-old developmentally delayed boy. The mother claims he is not impaired. Listen to me carefully… anyone who dresses up as a clown just for kicks is not right in the head. Why the hell don’t his parents make him stop it? I listened to the mother and she is just a piece of work. She says she would rather he did that than run the streets getting in trouble and knocking girls up. Uh no.

A strange clown has been spotted on a college campus in Wisconsin.

There have been multiple sightings of the costumed man at Carroll University in Waukesha, WISN reported.

Some have taken to social media, describing their experiences with the clown.

The clown, Waukesha police have said, is a ‘developmentally delayed’ teenager.

Becca Roraff told WISN: ‘When I first saw it, I was kind of creeped out because it was just a random person on the street with a scary mask.

‘I don’t like clowns.’

The clown was also spotted in a different ensemble by two female college students, WISN reported.

One of the women, Michelle Mueller, recalled to the television station: ‘It was just staring at us as we were driving by.

‘It was just weird.’

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported that several people have tweeted about the clown.

One tweet from November 7 said: ‘There’s a clown standing on a corner in Waukesha ..’

‘For anyone who’s in Waukesha does anybody notice the clown in a jumpsuit who stands and stares on Main street everyday for the past week,’ a different user tweeted November 10.

A Saturday tweet from a third person said: ‘So there was a creepy clown walking around Carroll University last night… That could also potentially be a sex offender.. #getmeout.’

On Tuesday, someone else tweeted a link to the WISN story, along with ‘This is 2 blocks from my apartment. And harmless or not, it’s terrifying.’

Capt. Dan Baumann with the Waukesha Police Department described the teenager that is dressing up as the clown to WISN as ‘developmentally delayed and is just doing this to see people’s reaction.

‘Both he and his parents were advised several times it would really help us out if he wouldn’t stand out there doing that.’

Both complaints and 911 calls have come in, WISN reported. Police told WISN the teenager has not committed any crimes.

They are lucky that a bunch of guys haven’t gotten together and beat the crap out of him for scaring people. It’s not logical, but when people see a clown just staring at them or stalking people or whatever, they think of pervert. The mother swears he only stands outside their house, but there have been sightings of this clown on the college campus. The mother says it must be someone else, but I’ll bet it’s that kid. Wonder if he’s been torturing and killing small animals lately? The police asked the parents to make him stop, so they did… for two whole days and then let him go back to doing it. These are not good parents and this kid is mentally unbalanced. Someone needs to step in there before something really heinous happens.
