The brutal assault of one young girl on Milwaukee’s north side was caught on film. The perpetrators are heard telling the girl she’ “in the wrong hood.”

Wow.
A black guy and girl beat and stomped on a white woman for being in the “wrong hood.”

This happened on Milwaukee’s north side.
Someone was there to capture the assault on video and posted it online.

It’s unclear whether the criminals were caught, and who was filming this video. One thing that is clear though; this is seriously wrong.
