Clinton’s insane deal with North Korea actually gave the communist tyrants money and nuclear reactors while enabling their development of nuclear weapons. Slick Willie even brought the execrable Jimmy Carter out of mothballs to negotiate it.

There is a difference with Iran though. Due to their religious delusions, the ayatollahs aren’t afraid of a nuclear counterattack. Also, the USA has degenerated so much under Hope & Change that they might believe there would be no nuclear counterattack so long as they act while someone like Obama is in office.
