CNN Anchor: All Americans Should Wear Hijabs to ‘Show Solidarity With Muslims’ [VIDEO]

What a load of unfettered bull crap. Leave it to CNN to be not just moronic in general, but have impeccable timing as well. Alisyn Camerota went on CNN and said that American women should wear Islamic head scarves (hijabs) in solidarity with other Muslim women who live in fear because… Trump. She did this just hours before an 18 year-old Somali Muslim refugee drove a car into a crowd at Ohio State University, then got out with a machete and started to slice and dice people. A police officer shot him and he is now in hell where he’ll be much more at home. The last I heard, eight went to a local hospital. One was in critical condition. But by all means… push submission to Islam, Alisyn.

It seems to me we have much more to fear from the Muslims among us than the other way around. Yes, there are good Muslims. The problem is that there are a significant number of radicals in their midst and you can’t tell who is going to try and cut off your head and who isn’t on any given day. Those supposed Muslim hate crimes that CNN keeps pushing are all false by the way. If Alisyn is so enamored with the followers of Allah, she should just convert and live among them already. She will be in full solidarity with their lifestyle and who knows, maybe she’ll even survive it.

From The Daily Caller:

Americans should wear hijabs to show solidarity with Muslim women who fear being attacked for wearing the religious head covering, CNN anchor Alisyn Camerota suggested on Monday, just hours before an Islamic radical stabbed students at Ohio State University.

“Maybe there will be a movement where people wear the head scarf in solidarity. You know, even if you’re not Muslim,” Camerota said during an early-morning broadcast on CNN’s “New Day.”

“Maybe it’s the way people shave their heads, you know, sometimes in solidarity with somebody who is going through something,” she added.

Camerota was responding to a CNN segment about Muslim women who say they live in fear of being verbally or physically attacked for wearing head scarves.

The segment tied a spate of alleged incidents in which Muslim women have been targeted for wearing hijabs to Donald Trump’s presidential win.

“The Trump Transition: Fearful Muslim women take steps to be safe,” read the chyron that CNN chose for the segment.

“I hope I can wear it one day again. I hope I can feel safe enough to do so,” Marwa Abdelghani, a Muslim-American woman, told the network.

Conveniently, the segment did not detail the alleged hate crimes after Trump won the presidency. If they had, it would have been obvious they were hoaxes. Take for instance the 18 year-old University of Louisiana-Lafayette student who was charged with filing a false report after she claimed that a group of white Trump supporters hurled racial slurs at her and stole her hijab several days after the election. Or another woman who made a similar claim in San Diego. Both false and there are others. These women have nothing to fear except what is in their own head-covered minds and from other Muslims who are adherents of Shariah law.

Ironically, Abdul Razak Ali Artan, who has ties to ISIS and is the now dead jackass who rammed his car into that crowd at Ohio State University, complained about the treatment of Muslims around the world. He whined about the lack of prayer rooms, etc. “I wanted to pray in the open, but I was kind of scared with everything going on in the media,” he said in an interview. “I’m a Muslim, it’s not what the media portrays me to be.” So, a few months later he solves his upset by taking a knife to people. Yeah, he’s so afraid of Americans that he tried to kill a bunch of them… for Allah, don’t ya know.

During the CNN segment, Camerota’s co-host, Chris Cuomo, suggested another solution for Muslim women who fear being attacked. “I think self-defense training is good for everybody,” he said. “Prepare yourself for whatever can come.” At least that was a sane suggestion, not a groveling, subservient one. CNN really does suck.
