From Miami New Times:

A former reporter for Fox News in Miami is being held without bail after being indicted Tuesday in Virginia on charges of forcible sodomy and rape.

Orlando Salinas, who left Fox in 2012 for a job at Roanoke’s CBS affiliate, was booked into the Montgomery County jail last night. Few details are available, but the indictment indicates he was arrested in connection with a January 11 sexual assault of a woman who is not his wife, the Roanoke Times reports.

He is expected to appear in court Monday.

Salinas apparently left CBS last year after getting into an argument with his bosses about not wanting to wear a suit and tie every day.  He then became a real-estate agent.

If it makes him feel any better, he won’t have to wear a suit and tie at all now!
