The Afghan hero who saved Navy SEAL Marcus Luttrell from the Taliban is now seeking asylum in the United States.

However, he and his family have since had to go into hiding because of death threats from the Taliban.

Gulab is now seeking asylum in the United States, but many different agencies will have to sign off on that. His attorney has been able to move him and some of his family to an undisclosed country for the time being.

It is absolutely shameful that this man hasn’t already been given asylum, and we owe him. If there is any justice in the world, the government will act quickly to ensure that his man can come to the United States and live in peace and safety.
