Massive Explosions Rip Through US Military Facility in Japan [Video]

Details are still coming in but it is being reported that multiple explosions have ripped through the Army Depot in Sagamihara, Japan. Emergency crews are now on the scene and it is chaotic. This is near Tokyo. This follows hot on the heels of three explosions in China at chemical facilities over the last ten days – two in one location and one at another yesterday. I have no idea if there is a connection, but the timing is questionable, especially since China was blaming the US for he explosions. This looks like sabotage to me… the question is whether this could be China, a terrorist or a third party trying to stir things up. Mix this with 50 subs in North Korea that have magically disappeared. Major distractions from the fact that the world economies are crashing. I’d be very surprised if there are not casualties on that base. This is tragic.

From Fox News:

DEVELOPING: An explosion has been reported at the U.S. military facility in Sagamihara, Japan, the Atlanta Journal Constitution reports, citing the Japanese Broadcasting Corporation.

Sagamihara is a city in the Japanese prefecture of Kanagawa, which borders Tokyo.

“Fire from the American military base has occurred,” the Sagamihara Fire Department said, according to JBC.

The Sagami General Depot houses storage for petroleum products and ammunition.

Video and photos began streaming in from social media shortly after noon (EST), showing a large explosion, several loud booms, sustained flames and billowing smoke rising from a structure. No injuries have been reported.

The fire department of Sagamihara said the blasts occurred shortly before 1:00 am on Monday local time, according to the national broadcaster NHK. More than ten fire trucks were dispatched to the site of the fire, the Sagami General Depot. This is a US facility used for the storage of fuel and munitions. It is being reported that explosions went on for ten or fifteen minutes. They are claiming it was an accident. Could be I guess, but somehow with everything else going on, that seems suspicious to me. My prayers are with our military personnel on that base. The blasts were massive and thunderous. Japan’s Asahi newspaper reported that no general evacuation of nearby areas has been called.
