HAH! Former Democrat Presidential Candidate Just Delivered Bad News To Hillary Clinton

hlryjmpstIt’s one thing for moderates and independents to say they’re not voting for Hillary in the general election. But for a prominent Democrat to defect? Former Democrat presidential candidate Jim Webb is now openly speculating about voting for Donald Trump instead.

Conservative Tribune reports,

Webb, who dropped out of the Democrat presidential primary in October, appeared on Friday’s “Morning Joe” on MSNBC, where he discussed the upcoming presidential election.

When asked about who he would be voting for, the former Virginia senator said: “I’m not sure yet. I don’t know who I am going to vote for.”

The hosts pressed Webb on whether he would vote for Clinton, to which he responded by openly ruling out voting for the Democrat front-runner.

“No, I would not vote for Hillary Clinton,” Webb said in no uncertain terms.

When asked if he would vote for Trump, he left much more wiggle room.

Webb is a pretty significant player in the Democratic Party. There weren’t many Democrats of high enough stature who had a shot at challenging Hillary for the presidential nomination. If he’s already deserted her, it’s very likely a sign of things to come.
