Man Angry He Had To Babysit 1-Yr Old Baby. What He Did Next, He’ll Be Paying For, For Rest Of His Life…

In case anybody needed a refresher course on why America needs a strong recommitment to instituting the death penalty, a man has been sentenced to 25 year to life for stomping a baby to death because he felt slighted by the baby’s mother.

California man, 25, who was convicted of murdering the one-year-old daughter of his girlfriend’s neighbor by crushing her with his foot was sentenced to 25 to life in prison on Friday, according to KTLA.

In August 2013, Daniel Armando Ruiz of Hesperia was asked to watch two children while his girlfriend, Terra, and her friend Andrea went to go and buy some milk.

Ruiz, who told police he felt as though the women were taking advantage of him, walked over to one-year-old Scarlett R., as she’s known in court papers, and put pressure on her chest with his large frame.

‘He then placed his left foot on her chest, applying most of his 230 pounds of weight on her body,’ Kathleen DiDonato, deputy district attorney, in a statement.

‘Scarlett began gasping for breath.’

Ruiz then walked over to TV set and started changing the channels for 2-3 minutes.

When he turned around he realized that the child was having a seizure. He tapped the baby on the cheek to try and get her to snap out of it but she didn’t.

The baby’s mother and her friend returned 30 to 45 minutes after running their errands. When Ruiz heard the mother Andrea returning he screamed for them to take the baby to the hospital.

The mother, Andrea, was unable to reach 911 and took the baby across the street to a fire station.

The baby was eventually rushed to a hospital but died a short time later.

Scarlett’s injuries were discovered during an autopsy two days later. Ruiz said he didn’t know what happened to the child at first but he later admitted that felt stressed and taken advantage of and took out his anger on the child.

Ruiz said that he ‘actually felt better stepping on the victim as he sat there watching television.’

‘The whole time, Scarlett was behind him, lying on the floor, trying to catch her breath — fighting for her life,’ DiDonato added.

This piece of human excrement does not deserve to breathe another breath of air on this earth. He denied this child a life- a life to grow, to learn, to laugh, to love. It was all snuffed-out in the stomp of a foot and unbelievably, while this child will forever cease to exist, this human waste can emerge from prison in time for his 50th birthday and can enjoy many more years.

…And that’s presuming California doesn’t drastically reduce his sentence for “good behavior” or overcrowding.

As a token of good faith, if California is willing, I will personally donate the use of my prized 1911 and the irretrievable cost of a .45 hollowpoint to dispatch this piece of garbage.

How ‘bout it, Gov. Brown?
