Sarah Palin Makes a Gaffe While Mocking Obama’s “Latte Salute” but Plays it Off Like a Pro

By now, everyone has seen the embarrassing video of President Obama improperly saluting two Marines with a cup of coffee in his hand. Sarah Palin, in her typical fashion, mocked this salute at the Values Voter Summit in Washington D.C.

As Palin continued to bash on the President, she made her own flub after getting the address wrong for the White House.

Palin commented that the White House was at 1400 Pennsylvania Ave, when the actual address is 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

After realizing her mistake, she recovered quite well:

It’s refreshing to see politicians who can make fun of themselves when they make mistakes. Palin showed class and poise with her reaction to a simple mistake of numbers. I think that her response makes her more endearing, and lets you know that she knows the real address, but just make an error in the moment.
