UNBELIEVABLE: Immigrants, Kicked Off Obamacare for Failing to Prove Legal Status, Are Now Suing

Just when you thought things couldn’t get any more ridiculous, this story comes along. Two immigration groups are suing the Obama administration for kicking more than one hundred thousand illegals of their Obamacare plans because they failed to provide the necessary documentation proving their citizenship.

Two immigration groups have filed legal complaints against the Obama administration for kicking over one hundred thousand Obamacare customers off their insurance plans without sending notices in their native language, Modern Healthcare reports.

The Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights (ICIRR) and Philadelphia’s Southeast Asian Mutual Assistance Associations Coalition (SEAMACC) have both filed complaints with Health and Human Services’ Office of Civil Rights. The groups believe the Obama administration’s move to end the health plans of customers who failed to prove their legal immigration or citizenship status violate customers’ rights as immigrants.

These men and women had to have KNOWN that Obamacare doesn’t cover illegals because it says as much right in the paperwork. So why the surprise when you are kicked off the plan you shouldn’t have been awarded in the first place? You’re not entitled to healthcare in this country, not even the sub par medical care covered by Obamacare.
