When it comes to most red-blooded American men, there are few things that can top an outing to a gun range with an M16… Except maybe an outing with an M16 that yields bacon. IJReview shares this awesome video of a man doing exactly that. Check it out.

If you’ve got an M-16 and a pound of bacon, but want to shoot and eat without getting trichinosis – you’re in luck: Some genius just figured out how to do that.

According to the YouTube description on this epic life hack:

Competitive shooter Dustin Ellermann has found a creative way to prepare breakfast in the wild – he puts rashers of bacon around a silencer attached to an M16 assault rifle, wraps them in tin foil, and fires until the meat starts smoking. It apparently takes several minutes and 90 rounds to cook the bacon.

Finally, something that combines two of the most outrageously awesome things in life: Bacon and automatic weapons. You can just smell what this guy’s cookin’.

Just like he says in the video, “So much America right now.”

And just like that, this video offends the anti-gun crowd, the “oh-so-enlightened” left and quite possibly even Muslims.
