WH Has “Executive Prerogative”? to Screw The Constitution, ‘We Don’t Need Senate Approval’ for Treaty Obama Makes With Iran…

White House is now claiming Obama has ‘executive prerogative’ to do whatever he damn well pleases. At least that’s the answer the Deputy Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, gave after Obama (representing the United States) started making his own agreements with Iran without Senate approval.

Deputy Secretary of State Antony Blinken said the White House doesn’t view an agreement with Iran as a treaty that requires Senate approval, but a matter of “executive prerogative.”

Jim Geraghty points out the section of the Constitution, Obama is going to trample this time:

Article II, Section 2, clause 2, U.S. Constitution:

[The President] shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur.

As a citizen of the United States and under the Constitution it is my prerogative to have the law called on you for your ongoing illegal acts against the citizen’s civil rights and the breaking of basic laws and limitations of executive powers as defined in the Constitution.
