A heartwarming video has captured the moment a kind-hearted teacher pulled out all the stops to make a young girl’s dreams come true.
The clip showing a teacher perform a dance with a young wheelchair-bound pupil, has warmed the hearts of viewers around the world.
The footage, shot in Turkey, shows the pair perform their perfectly-rehearsed and choreographed routine as the rest of the school looks on in awe.
It’s actually a holiday video of sorts, in that the occasion that the dancers were marking is Turkey’s National Sovereignty and Children’s Day, the April 23 anniversary of the first meeting of the Turkish Parliament. On that day of celebration the Turks symbolically turn the country over to the kids they “govern” for a day in Ankara, the capitol, and there are festivals across the land.
