Mother On Mission To BAN ‘Sleeping Beauty’ – The Prince Did Not Get Her Consent To Kiss [VIDEO]

Everybody run and hide. They are coming for fairy tales and kids stuff. The schools have been hijacked by leftists that want to teach your kids that they should be able to choose their gender. That, coupled with “sensitive” subjects being glossed over, or outright denied, is destroying the education system.

Cue this moron. She thinks Sleeping Beauty should be banned because of it’s “antiquated view” of sex and romance. Since the princess was sleeping, she could not give her consent to be kissed. Yeah, sounds like date rape to me.

In her Twitter post, she wrote “Tell you what, while we are still seeing narratives like this in school, we are never going to change ingrained attitudes to sexual behaviour #MeToo #consent #mysonissix.”

This tweet came about during the #MeToo campaign, where every person imaginable put up a situation where they felt uncomfortable, conflating sexual assault with unwanted stares, compliments or attention.

Hall jumped on the bandwagon and used the opportunity to teach young children about violent rape, or something. “In today’s society, it isn’t appropriate — my son is only six, he absorbs everything he sees and it isn’t as if I can turn it into a constructive conversation,” she said.

Yeah, if your son is six, just tell him it’s not okay to kiss someone without their consent. He will totally know what you’re talking about.

“I think it’s a specific issue in the Sleeping Beauty story about sexual behavior and consent. It’s about saying is this still relevant, is it appropriate?” Hall asked.

It’s a fairy tale, you know, for kids. It doesn’t reflect reality at all. Or did you think dragons were real too?

“These are indicative of how ingrained that kind of behavior is in society,” she added. “All these small things build up, and they make a difference.”

Yes, all these small things like trying to kiss a girl when you’re not sure if she wants it. Next thing you know, he will be running a train on a cracked up hooker with his gang buddies. Does this lady have a brain? Why don’t you just parent your kid the right way and he will turn out fine?

Hall thinks we should teach the story to teenagers instead, where different perspectives can be addressed.

“I actually think it would be a great resource for older children, you could have a conversation around it, you could talk about consent, and how the Princess might feel,” she said.

That sounds like the worst lesson a high school student could endure. Deconstructing a children’s story through a leftist lens, sounds like a good time.

“But I’m really concerned about it for younger children, would really welcome a conversation about whether this is suitable material,” Hall concluded.

Just watch this graphic depiction of rape and tell me that we should still let our kids see this stuff. The horror!
